Smoky Wheels started with a beat-up smoker, a pickup truck, and a stubborn belief that BBQ this good shouldn't be locked behind restaurant doors. We wanted to bring pit-smoked perfection to the streets — fresh, fast, and made with the same care as a backyard cookout.
Every brisket spends a full 12 hours over hickory. Every pork shoulder gets hand-pulled at peak tenderness. Every smash burger hits the flattop until the edges are crispy and the center is still juicy. We don't cut corners — we just cut meat.
